On December 18, 2014, The Hershey Company (the “Company”) appointed Richard M. McConville as its interim principal financial officer, effective January 1, 2015. Mr. McConville will also continue to serve as the Company's Chief Accounting Officer.
Mr. McConville, 61, has served as the Company's Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer since July 2012. Previously, he served as the Company's Corporate Controller from June 2011 to June 2012. Mr. McConville joined the Company in April 2007 as Director, International Controller.
