·              Doors open at 8:30 a.m. Stockholder entrance is located at the back of the GIANT Center;
·              Convenient parking is located adjacent to the entrance, round-trip shuttle buses will be available;
·              Bring your photo I.D. and Admission Document, such as proxy card, admission ticket, legal proxy or account statement showing holdings as of March 22, 2019;
·              Weapons and electronic devices are prohibited inside the meeting room. Please do not bring sharp objects, such as pocketknives or scissors, cell phones, pagers, cameras or other recording devices;
·              Handbags and packages will be inspected and all attendees will be required to pass through metal detectors; and
